Hello! I started doing situps in order to improved my abdominal muscles and I was wondering how many of it should I do to notice a difference? Thank you!
Well, I suppose that depends on your physical appearance, and what your goal
is, if there is fat on top, or not. I have never done just sit ups. When ever I would exercise I would go to aerobics classes where a person doesn’t stress just abdominal muscles but all groups of muscles. I believe this gives more strength besides firmness, and that is something that is more important to me.
