hey, im kyle and weigh about 155 156 or 157lbs and realy need to lose weight. i cant to sports because running really kills me and jym class kills me too because of all of that moving around and playing around. i am not one of those really fat people like you think. i hate video games and love the outdoors and think that riding bikes is fun. i can run but i cant breath once i am done and i cant go for a long period of time. i dont have ashma or anything it is just i am a little over weight and would like to know how i can lose it with out to much exersize or running. i dont wana do a p90x workout or anything i just wana lose fat and dont need to even think about abs or being strong until i lose all of this fat. well thanks anyway and goodbye
Hey, its a good thing you want to loose some weight and get in shape. Realistically , the one and only thing you need in order to loose weight is your will. Make goals and strive to achieve them. I understand that you don't like running, it is pretty boring and gets you tired quickly. If you are looking for an easier way other than to exercise too much you might consider riding your bike more often and trying not eat after 7pm. My friend lost a lot of his body fat in like month and a half. Since you like riding bike, would you be able to take longer rides maybe?
