I'm only 13 and weight in the 240s+, I really dont like it since I'm the biggest kid in my class.

I wanna get down to at least 135 pounds, this weeks I started biking with my friend that lives near by, I get outside more but its just eating... I dont feel hungry, but I just like the taste of certain foods that arent good for you, like chips... I dont eat them because I'm hungry, I eat them because I want to.

I dont know how to stop, I've tried just ignoring bad foods like that but eventually I have to eat them.

But this time I really want to do it, I'm going to start eating more fruits and vegetables from now on, and now take such big portions.

But does anyone have some tips for me?
