You don't say whether you are male or female, or what you mean by being a virgin.
A virgin is technically someone who has not had sexual intercourse. Therefore as soon as you have sexual intercourse you are no longer a virgin whether or not the hymen has ruptured and whether or not there is bleeding.
Culturally things are sometimes viewed differently. The presence of an intact hymen is often considered evidence of virginity. That is because usually an intact hymen would be ruptured on first sex. The hymen typically has a finger-shaped hole in it, and a penis would often be bigger than a finger, and so break the hymen as it is thrust in. That often results in blood loss from that torn membrane. So some cultures expect a show of blood on the wedding night to prove the girl was a virgin when she got married.
However the hymen can be ruptured by means other than by sexual intercourse: medical examinations and procedures, masturbation, rigorous sports, &c.
Hymens vary in presentation. Some may be thin and fragile; others may be tough and elastic. So a hymen may not necessarily rupture on first sex. Some do no bleed on rupturing either.
So if a girl has had sex, technically she is no longer a virgin.
If she does not bleed on first sex, then it may be that the membrane was thin, and just did not bleed, or that the hymen did not rupture, either because it was elastic (and it is still intact) or that it had been ruptured previously.
The state of the hymen can be checked visually by using a hand-mirror.
I hope this helps

Why would you not believe she is a virgin?

I agree with this analysis very much. I slept with one girl and while kissing I asked her to remove her cloths. And she was completely naked within a minute. I was shocked. She was my first. But when I got married, it took me and wife almost 2-3 months to have sex, since she was quite scared about sex and it was first time for her. She would not even touch my penis and felt very awkward. But the first girl I slept with fiddled with my penis, which was new for me. Long story short, I totally agree with your analysis.

Caution. Detailed description of female anatomy ahead. Read at your own risk. This does not substitute for any medical opinion which would supersede anything I write here. Women who have grown into puberty without having broken or torn their hymen, can bleed very mildly where the hymen gets split as an erect penis enters. The hymen is a piece of skin that connects the labia on the right and left side. It has almost a seam down the middle. If you imagine an animal the day before it's eyes open...that thin layer of linear skin with a separation line. If that animal was struggling getting it's eye fully open you would hold the upper and lower lid and gently open the eye. That is exactly like the pink bare hymen with a linear seam that will separate with obvious acts. Not all baby girls have it in tact when born, but the majority do. Then with all the cleanliness habits that have grown over the years, baby wipes, and a firm wipe down the center is enough to bisect or separate the hymen. There is an endless list of how a hymen can be separated. When Lady Dianna was engaged to marry the Prince of England, she had to have a medical ceremony performed by a doctor behind a screen with several nurses (family out of that immediate area, but they await the answer) and the doctor had to confirm she had an intact hymen. And, apparently she did as polite 'cheers' swept through to family. I would guess that areas where these hymen verifications are important, probably care for baby girls in a more cautious way to preserve that. And, as they grow, they are likely taught ways to not disturb that. You watch an American man changing his daughter's 1341st diaper, he may rush through it and use pressure and never know what or when anything happened. Most men may not know what it looks like unless they have a baby girl. I know men are curious what that looked or felt like. I hope this helps all of you who were wondering...and you young ladies too!

Sorry, I left out this important detail to the above description. Graphic content.
The hymen rarely runs the full length of the labia as it would need medical intervention for her to pass her kidney, and menstrual contents. That needs room to exit. So the small segment of hymen is at the opposite end of the clitoral hood. Any portion that is still intact, the length of the connection of the from side to side, could be as small as a piece of yarn or run 1/2", and could be open at each end of the connection or just one side can be open. Again, imagine a kitten's eye. It might be open at the tear duct and in the other corner, but the kitten struggles to get the middle section open. It will open in time. Or, with vet permission or hands on, can open that middle/remaining section.Every body is different. God bless the girls who marry and have had good luck keeping things in tact. It can be such beautiful gift for both partners.
If you value purity in your family and you are entering the age of becoming a parent, you can ask your doctor to show you where your daughter's hymen is and ask the best way to keep it intact during washing/cleansing. He will tell you there are no guarantees. Yep. We know that. But, it's just nice to give it a try to get her past toddler-hood without separating it completely. NEVER scold or put shame or tell a girl it's dirty so don't touch it. Talk with her mother if you see she is exploring and if it's worth just letting fate take over. Babies and kids will play and try to understand it all.

Pls tell me how to check. I'll be very thankful.

If you are female, you can use a hand-mirror to look for your hymen. Do you know what you are looking for?

You have said nothing about your nationality/culture/religion, but that depends what you mean by a virgin. Some mean a technical virgin - one who has never had intercourse. Others mean those with an intact hymen. There is no real way to tell if she is a technical virgin, although if her hymen is intact, there is a good chance she is, but that is not absolute proof. However the absence of a hymen does not mean she has had sex before. Are you intending a visual check? That has the aura of distrust.

What do you mean by sex chat? What sort of things does she want to say? The specific things she says and how she says them might indicate what sort of sex drive she has mentally, but not whether she has had sex before. Has she tried to have, or suggested having, sex with you? What is she like when you are together?

Why have you thought about marrying her? Do you love her? There must be trust. Why not just believe her? She has to believe what you say about your own virginity (are you a virgin)?

I hope this helps as a start, but I don't have much to go on from the little you have said.
