In my opinion the main cause of acne is masturbation because when i used to masturbate my face pretty screwed off and when i stopped masturbating then its again the normal so main cause is by masturbating we will 100% get acne
AND I HOPE THAT ONE DAY SCIENCE WILL DISCOVERED THAT MASTURBATING WILL CAUSE ACNE I AM SURE ABOUT IT

Every time i masturbate acne arise on my face and retain for at least 10 days.while washing 3 times and caring for face doesn't help.

Guys I used to suffer from same problem, this is what I tried and it worked for me.
After masturbation, nt the entire semen is ejaculated. You need to squeeze ur penis and ensure that all the semen post masturbation is thrown out.. Bcz the leftover semen causes acnes..NY sure hw this is related bt yes it does work.
Another method that u can try but nt sure if it will work or nt for everyone.
Drink min 500ml water immediately after masturbation and wash ur face with cold water for min 2 to 3 minutes without any soap.
Try the above and update me.

I cant go to a dermatologist and say that i have issues with masturbation.. instead i went and said that i have pimples and he just yokd its called delayed acne and happens for few. He asked to follow the hygene and gave some medicines like the once for urinary tract infection dont know why.
However this still remains a mystery and i still have pimples in my face right now while i am speakkng to u.

Its going to ruin my marriage because i cant stop having sex with wife because of some nonsence pimples.

What if you are below 21 , at teenager ages
Drink water just after you masturbate.
I had the same problem. I found a solution for this.
Take paracetmol tablets for tow days after mastrubation.
The body temperature increases after mastrubation and this causes acne.
So you need to control the body temperature for those two days. Take any fever tablets.
3tablets a day.

Don't worry. You won't get pimples when you have sex but you get pimples when you mastrubate. Don't know what is the reason.
