Anaesthetic creams should help with it, also coconut oil is supposed to make them shrink and you might want to involve alot of water in your diet while you have these as it helps keep the skin healthy and i heard creams for infections down their is good for Fordyce spots down their but the worst thing you can do is masturbate to often as it causes friction and can make them worse and trying to pop them doesnt help either :)
I read somewhere that it's caused by natural grease/fat made by your hair folicules to naturally moisturise the skin or something correct me if I'm wrong just trying to help
Hi guys, i've had fordyce spots since I was around 12/13, literally covering 60% of my shaft which sucks. Didn't ever think I would get laid when I was younger, but i've had sex with a few girls now and none of them have said anything, so its not all bad but obviously they're still hideous. About a week ago i started to try this toothpaste method. Really good results so far my skin has started to peel a bit but the spots have gone down SIGNIFICANTLY. I've just been applying it at night before I go to bed then washing it off it the morning

Well, thank whatever god or gods are out there for this thread. I have been freaking out over this for months. Thought I had genital warts, but they didnt look anything like HPV. I do have to say reading these posts and seeing pics of it have seriously calmed my nerves on the subject. I do remember thinking I saw then when I wad a kid, but so few that I never really thought about it. My overwhelming acne was my main concern. Didnt notice them again until I was about 26 or 27, and they just became worse and worse since. Gonna have to try an oral and cream based acne treatment again, because that absolutely worked when my whole upper body and lower torso were covered in acne. Again, thanks so much for your comments on this. Now that my heart doesnt feel like its going to explode, Im gonna go do more research on this.
