Well it's been 4 days since I started experimenting with the salt, maybe it hasn't been long enough but I'm pretty sure that there hasn't been any improvement. I have been doing alot of research however and what i'm beginning to discover is that this problem is caused from the inside out, not the outside in. That means to fix this problem we really have to make some sacrifices guys and fix the problem from inside our bodies instead of applying stuff externally to our genitals we have to change our diet etc and get on the HERBS!. Going vegan is a good start, I think dairy is one of the main culprits for FS. I encourage you all to follow Dr Robert Morse, he is a holistic health practitioner and believe you me, this guy knows his stuff! he is a REAL doctor! Click the link and watch the video from 8:50 onwards, he addresses the issue of FS and what he recommends is DETOX! We have to clean out our bodies

I have recently been trying a few different things but alcohol cleanser seems tone reducing it I know what its like to just want a smooth penis. But at the same time its only ever been mentioned by one girlfriend and she said she liked them. I think that if someone is truly attracted to you they will find your parts fascinating

Fordyce spots are not just confined to the penis they can also appear around the lips and girls can certainly them also between there labia at times, they are not harmful as all it is, is tiny little spots where oil has got trapped under the skin similar to the white head spots you get on your face during puberty.
Some guys actually say they are nature's answer to ribbed condoms to provide more stimulation during sex, using a cleanser to remove them will work slowly by keeping the pores in the skin open and stopping the build up, just don't try some of the other silly ideas that are mentioned on the net like burning them with a soldering iron as this is very dangerous as not only could it result in third degree burns but also serious infection that could lead to scaring or worse.

I also had the micro-punch treatment. Would not do it again. Because the scars from it are also disturbing, not really an improvement in my case.

I’ve suffered from fordyce spots since 22 I am now 35. My OBGYN Nor my dermatologist were willing to perform lazar treatment being it can cause scared tissue and painful intercourse both felt treatment wasn’t needed. I tried everything!! And this last year found the perfect remedy!! 3 times a week I take a apple cider vinegar bath with a cup a apple cider vinegar then follow up with a cotton swab covered in pure coconut oil as well as a open capsule of vitamin e and apply to spots. Every morning I cover a cotton ball with witch hazel and wipe where the spots once were they are non detectable completely smooth. I have not stopped my routine scared of them reappearing it took 2 days to see a difference in 6 days they were undetectable. I’ve been on this forum looking for advice and decided to come bck to offer help to everyone else!!

I recommend Tucks Padds which have witch hazel, or just by the witch hazel in bottle an soak bandage or cotton ball. Make it a regular routine morning night really as much as you can to reduce size an color. May take a while to notice but will definitely help less from forming. It has no side effects unlike tea tree oil. Which if your afraid of going to the doctor I'd say play it safe.

My brother , I am 23 and EXACTLY the same as you, I have not committed to a girlfriend yet because I have that doubt in my head and anxiety about FS, I just need to build the courage and to get to know girls more than just a 1 night stand and grow a meaningful relationship , this right now is the only thing holding me back. I know you say that the girl didn’t care , but arnt you worried if she has mutual friends and the rumour spreads that I got spots on my penis? I will be become a laughing stock, please let me know what you think. Thank you

I am 23f and can tell you that people our age do not go around telling those things - if we weren’t aware of what it was and happened to notice, one might privately get tested the following couple of days if they were really concerned with it being at STI - and that’s if they are bad at communicating. Others might ask or send a text! If you’re actually vibing with someone - they are not going to change their idea of you on this harmless thing! Also, as long as you don’t make it out to be a big deal, they aren’t going to think of it that way. Confidence is key (:

After reading this post, I went out and bought Clotrimazole cream for my FS penis. I applied the cream once each day for a little over a month. Didn't notice any improvement or skin change whatsoever. Disappointing.

Tho i am ashamed i do not have the most embarresing body, nobody is perfect... also no girl cares and i never talked about it before hand... some where drunk, some weren't... some stayed, some didn't... have sex, be good at it, don't care
