For a while in my early twenties I started to have this issue, I think mine was stress related which can go both ways, I have also gone through a phaze of not being able to hold onto an erection due to stress in my mid twenties. As far as how to combat the premature release you can go old school and practice tantra, pick up a book at your local bookstore and don't feel funny about it, some people don't have that issue and pick up a book on this to be able to last for hours (just make sure your partner is up to that first otherwise she may curse you for her walking funny the next few days).
