I also have the habit of realising sperm but i cant sleep without realising sperm at night.Any treatment to do???
Dear Sperm Releaser,
Im also sperm waster before & feel very weak, but now im still do after consult with one of my Yoga master. I show you how!
1) For Single people
Prayers 1st. 1st set 1 day or days in a week to release your sperm. Let say Every monday & thursday. Choose a sports or exercise regularly with friends or partner to make you sweat and to keep you balance. Try not to take too much of meats, just take 2 days non vege & 5 days vegetarian. This will help you to keep balance of your sperm and healthy until the day you get married to get baby. Remember if you master-bed daily the chances to get baby might delay until you keep sperm healthy.
2) Married couples
If you already have 2 childrens Congrats, If those who have no babies follow the instruction below.
Prayers 1st. Eat Non vege 2 days, 5 days Vege, stop eating heavy foods before 8pm, Exercise is a must for the couples. Go for shopping regularly & change the location enjoy your self, site seeing, movies & more....
