i am 15 now,can i workout in gym

For some reason, that appears to be the threshold for many gyms to allow an unsupervised kid to work out alone.

So, I think the answer is yes, but check your local gym or YMCA, ok?

Check at your school gym to see if you can wok out there. Most gyms want a monthly payment to use their facilities but they might not want you unsupervised for legal reasons.

People of all ages can work in a gym, but yeah, their policy on whether or not they'll allow you (insurance purposes) will vary.

Make sure to do lots of research and be very safe.

Hello there,

My younger brother was 15 when he started with weight lifting so I believe there is no reason why you shouldn’t go to the gym. Maybe your parents will have to sign something but this shouldn’t be such a big problem. But when you start with gym you will have to be supervised. First of all you are beginner so you must be careful not to overreact and furthermore you are still developing.

You will probably get some very useful hints from the personal trainer but you must define your goal. Although working out on your body is great if you want to build up your muscles you will also need to adjust your nutrition and please be careful to do all this.
