I'm 16. Hit puberty at the age of 14. Fully developed body hair.... etc. Have been to 3 specialist in the last 2 years. None of them can find anything else other than it's probably puberty. I do have an appointment with a senior specialist in December (Ik it's really far, CANADA MAN) but y'all who are worrying, I cannot say other than that don't worry, since it's not under you're control as you can not do anything other than wait it out. It's true that presentations, socializing, engaging in convos is hard for me and I would admit that I have been bullied a lot and My voice does play a role in me getting anxiety attacks often. But again I cannot do anything about it. I would suggest to see a ENT specialist and just wait it out :) . Good luck!
