All I know about my family history is that we have had a lot of heart problems.

The pain use to be in random places it seemed, but now its behind and in my left breast. It happens once, maybe twice a week. I don't want to worry my parents, so I haven't told them anything but.. Should I be afraid?

Oh, and there is a little soreness afterwords. It doesn't last long, and it hurts more when I breathe sometimes.
