Hello. I'm 14 and weight about 130 lbs and would like to weight 115 by the summer so my abs and other muscles will show. I'm 5'5" ang walk about 4 - 5 miles a day when I don't go to the gym and like 6 - 8 when I do. I go to the gym like a few times a week (1-3 days). At the gym I do 30 mins of cardio and 30 mins of weight lifting and eat extremely healthy. However, at night I always get cravings and overeat sweets when no ones downstairs. Please help me!

I am 14 and really fit because I play lots of team sports. Team sports better because they provide great motivation and can give extreme amountsmof workouts. I would recommend 45min of exercizes and high intensity interval training because it burns large amounts of calories. for diets cut down carboheidrates and stop eating processed foods and make your own meals with fresh veggies and ingredients.

You are probably not. In fact, a 5 foot 5 boy should weigh at, least 110 pounds, and no more than 150. Depending on your height u may actually not weigh enough

I'm 260 pounds and don't know how to do diet. My mom buys rice and all the pasta but I don't know wat else is healthy anymore I've been trying so hard I cut 15 pounds last year and added over 50 in the winter.
