so I have had irregular menstrual cycles for the past 3 months. coupled with some similar symptoms I had with my son & now 4 days after ending my period I am bleeding heavily with major cramps. I have taken multiple at home pregnancy tests and had a blood test that all come up negative...what is going on???

You could have a cyst, possibly an ovarian cyst or a uterine fibroid. Without an exam we can't tell.
See your ob/gyn for an exam.
