This is a little thing called social anxiety. You may not recognise it because it is subtle which means you arnt conscious of your anxiety. It only happens when youre around people because social anxiety is characterised by fear of embarrassing yourself or putting yourself in a situation in front of other people that might cause them to laugh st you or think of you in a particular way

I am almost 13  and in 7th grade. I have the same exact problem, sweating only around people. It all started to happen when I was in 6th grade in gym, I would feel little wet spots under my arms. That was at the end of the year and then I started to sweat constantly during the summer, I wasn't to concerned because I live in the Northeast and it can get really hot here. When I started 7th grade I luckily wore a white shirt on the first day, but after about an hour I felt a humungous sweat stains. Again I wasn't concerned because it was my 2nd year at my school and I was was with all new people. This problem continued throughout the year now it's Febuary and I talked to my mother about it and she said she had the same problem around my age and it went away after about a year, hopefully this is what will happen to me. In the meantime I got hypercare from my docter and it burns like crazy, probably the worst pain I've felt. I only use it now when I have a gymnastics meet because we wear long sleeve pink leotards. I've been experimenting with things when I go to school by wearing a t shirt and not putting my arms together for about an hour and a half and I feel the sweat, but after that hour and a half, I stop sweating for the rest of the day and I can put my arms together. I'm thinking that maybe this problem is starting to go away from me slowly. But if you have this problem just wait it out or contact a docter if nothing is working for you.       Sorry for writing so much it just feels good to let all my thoughts out

You should just tell ur mom I just turned 15 and I had a seat problem all through middle school but now that I'm in high school I'm really self conscious because I don't want to get made fun of because I'm all ready too stressed and depressed from other high school problems. I told my mom And we're going to see a doctor soon, but if u don't make it before prom just go to the bathroom a lot and use the paper towels to wash under ur arms when u feel like ur about to seat and bring deodorant. You should also wear a strapless dress of u can do that I my don't have sleeves to sweat on.

You should probably tell ur mom or dad or maybe even the school nurse or counselor. You should also wear strapless clothes so that u don't have sleeves to sweat on and I sometimes wear jackets to hide the sweat stains but that also keeps the smell on u so u may need perfume or lotion.

I sweat a lot a lot, I could wear pretty cloths but my shirt has to be black because I don't want anyone to see the sweat on me. I'm 14 its been going on for about 2 years the doctor told me to use Certain Dry and it kind of works but it stings about 30 minutes after you apply it. when I'm around a lot of people, like at a dinner or something, I sweat a lot so I try to wear a thick jacket. The sweat it don't be musty or anything like that its just a normal Regular sweat. Can anyone help me or tell me What's going on with my body?
