There is a prescription product called drysol. It helps alot!!!! Ask your parents to bring you to the doctor and have it taken care of. You are not alone, hyperhydrosis is very common.

There is also an over the counter deodorant called Certain Dri that works wonders :) Good luck kids!

I'm 16 and I've been through this problem. Nothing is wrong with the way you sweat. It's good for you to sweat allot because all the bad oils in your skin leave. Try to reduce the amount of deodorant , roll it once on each side. Sometimes to much deodorant causes the sweating. You get nervous allot too, calm down. Learn how to chill out around people, get comfortable around them. If you drink tons of juice that contain tons of sugar. Stop drinking it, including soda. Drink water. When it comes to clothes, never wear white. Sweat stains white clothes. Wear loose fitting shirts. If none of this works, get a check up and just ask your doctor for a check up on your sweat glands.

I have the same problem! I sweat and it leaves marks...last year I wore a jacket to school all year and didnt take it off until I got home! What I do now, though, is I wear a bra (tmi but it works for me) that goes upward towards my armpits more so it obsorbs some of the sweat before it goes through my shirt. In the winter I wear a black/dark colored tank top under the shirt I wear to school (also does the same as the bra and it keeps me warmer!) yes I do wear deodorant (almost 24/7) and perfume (sometimes but not always) Hope this helps! <3

(Adding to my other comment [above]) I'm a naturally cold person so this is sort of new to me but I don't freak out about since I've had it for about 1 1/2 years now..plus it's summer here and it gets really hot in the late-middle to end of it so its normal

Hi everyone!

I just turned 13 and for the past year i have just been sweating even on really cold days.... In class i always have to wear a sweatshirt to cover up my shirt with the sweat stains on it.  The sweat is literally ruining my life!  Nobody in my grade out of the girls sweat like me even when we are in gym class.  that really bugs me.. I always look so weird because I always have to wear a t shirt like a jersey or something or sleeveless top to school because i am so scared that it will show. i dont sweat at home but for some reason at school ONLY i sweat like crazy. I dont know what to do... please help

hey , I'm 20 now and I remember when I was in 5th and 6th grade I started sweating, and then it got worse in Grade 7, 8, 9. Then I realized that i wasn't normal and i just sweat alot under the arms more than the average girl ! (Errrrrr don't listen to the ones who say it's puberty and it goes away, i mean it did go away but by about 10-20%, so problem NOT solved) The only thing that actually stopped my sweating was drysol. or any other product that contains ALLUMINIUM. once in a while i dab some on and no more sweating, not a drop. u can't really stop it , it's psychological and physical ! good luck

I'm 15 and it started at age 12. I sweat all the time constantly when in public. I am never nervous, always laid back. I've looked up everything... And the only thing Ive found is hyperhidrosis.

well, Im 40 and it still happens!

Just like you though, its brought on by nervousness, not by temperature.  Good thing is, it don't smell, its just wet when Im nervous, so weird, right??

I sweat on constantly every day doing nothing. Every day I have to be in front of a fan, even during winter. Looks like I might die of Spontaneous Human Combustion.
