Not much you can do. Growth hormones don't slow down until you hit the age of 21 or so. Average size for an adult male is between 4 - 6 inches erect. At your age there is no normal size as everyone varies in size and width. IF your size was 3" erect at birth, I will say you were ALL penis - quite remarkable BUT reality is you were a lot smaller and HAVE grown since birth and you are not done growing yet.
