I am a 15 year old freshman in highschool and for a while now my arms have been pretty skinny. When flexing they are 4 and a half inches tall and 3 inches wide. I can bench around 130 but my arms look like they couldn't even do 100. I have heard the health threats of styroids so I don't think I'm going to do those but who knows. I heard of this suppliment called ANO Explode or something like that. Its supposidly $100 a container and fills your mussles up with water when working out. But I heard it can cause something bad like cancer? The reason I am doing this is because I asked a girl out and she said I was to "weak". I have been working out for a couple months now and have noticed some improvment in strength but not in size. Please if anyone has advice or strategies that could help me out please tell me!

you sound like you have more of a lean muscle body type. you may not be built to have "big" muscles. but most likely you are only 15 and your body is still developing males grow and develope well into their 20s so dont feel bad. just keep at it and stay off of the supplements. If you are really worried about it you can talk to a dr and see if you need a testosterone boost but that is completely up to a physician
