i am 13 years old and i am way under weight :( .while most people my age weigh at least 100 pounds i only weigh 75 :? .some people say i look anerexic and sick and say i need to eat more :cry: when i really eat either the same or more than basically all of them.i have been trying to gain weight and weigh at least 100 pounds for about a year now.i want to gain that weight without any medications.i want to know what i should eat to help me gain weight. :!:

Wow, you are very tiny! To gain weight, I would recommend eating about 3,000 to 3,500 calories a day without exercising, which seems like a lot, but you need it! Don't just go around and scarfing down a ton of unhealthy foods, that is really bad for you. Eat foods that have lots of protein, starch and fats. You should eat six meals a day, each containing about 500-600 calories each. Eat healthy foods also! Good luck on gaining weight, hope I could help! :)
Remember that ever body bodys are different so with that being said don't force you body to gain weight you might have sonething that doesn't let you gain weight. Go to a doctor talk to them about your weight see if your in the right range.
