Ok, i'm 20 years old and a virgin. She is not a virgin. I can get hard when i'm alone at night, but whenever she comes over in the after noon at about 2:10 i can't get hard. The past week now we have tried and i'm really starting to feel like sh*t. She thinks it's her, but it's not. I have read alot about the subject. The thing is though i don't really feel nervous or i didn't the first 2 times it happened. Now, when she calls me to tell me she just pulled up i start getting a little stressed because i don't want it to happen again. I even try to get it hard before she walks in, sometimes it works but after i see her it goes away. I love her, and she is so sexy and beautiful. Idk what my problem is i'm thinking about going to see a doctor. I feel horrible everyday it happens. Could i really have ED at 20 years old???
I had a friend who had almost the same problem he tried a couple of pills that got him up and then after they started having sex for a couple of weeks he didn't need the pills anymore he also didn't want to go to the doctor it worked for him. also he said it helped to see her naked and even when she touched herself it got him up fast. I don't know if any of this will help you put maybe you need to take it slow and get into the mood its what he did. I hope this helped a little.

Haijal,

You have performance anxiety. It is VERY COMMON. You get nervous, you lose your erection. It is that simple. Since it has happened before now you're afraid it will happen again, you get more stressed and lose your erection. It's a vicious cycle.

There is a lot of stress in your first time. You want to perform well. You don't want to get her pregnant. You want to be better than her past partner. Stress will destroy an erection.

If you can get hard you don't have ED. You don't need pills.

Stop worrying about getting hard. Focus on just spending time together. If you don't focus so much on the act then you can enjoy it more. Spend time on her, explore her body, let her explore yours. Again, don't think about having sex, just enjoy what is happening. Don't masturbate before either. Just let your excitement build. Eventually your body will be ready and once you break the ice, you're good to go.
