I need help. My last period was on 3/12/17, I had unprotected sex on 3/20/17 and the highest ovulation date was on 3/22/17. My cycle was due on 4/5/17, but it didn't. I started to spot on 4/8/17 - 4/10/17 And it was only off and it was a brown red color. It didn't feel like my cycle.
I feel nauseous & vomiting off and on, tender/full/tingling breasts, light headedness, headaches, backache, swollen feet, varicose veins, weird tingling on lower abdomen, bloating, low blood pressure, fatigue and dizziness.
I know with my previous pregnancy the at home pregnancy test didn't work with me. I have had 2 blood tests and both were negative. My cycle was due again on 4/29/17 but nothing instead I spotted again on 5/2/17 - 5/4/17 off and on. I'm still bloated where my waistline has thicken.
I know before all this i was told I have a simple cyst on my left ovary and uterine fibroids. What is going in with me? Could I be pregnant? I had a blood test done that gave a positive ANA antibody, not sure if that may interfere with anything.
