I feel thumping in my stomach in between the abdomen and belly button and on the sides

Hi everyone i have a 48 day cycle and was suppose to start on the 21 but it didn't come. I feel thunping on my stomach in between the abdomen and belly button and on the sides and sometimes the top. I dont know if its just gas or if im pregnant?
