I don’t think you have anything to worry about you have been to the doctor they confirmed you have started puberty so you are developing just as you should be.
The pee coming out when you masturbate may be pre cum when you reach climax you could try going for a pee before you do it and see if that changes things any.
The male body has a system that keeps it from being able to ejaculate and urinate at the same time. During sexual arousal, muscles at the base of the bladder contract in order to close off the passageway from the bladder into the urethra, the tube through which urine and semen leave the body. This makes it impossible for urine to be released during ejaculation.

I would think you are very close to having normal ejaculations; do you have any bladder issues like bed wetting or weak bladder just wondering if you did have problems with holding urine if this could be happening right after climax that you pee as well.
