yes, if I didn't exercise, this is the amount of calories needed to maintain my weight, any more and I'd gain.

Runaround, years ago a racehorse trainer friend was having quite a bit of success around some of the provincial tracks. During the 50's he was also a medalist at international level (Commonwealth Games) in cycling.

Exercise or move at all. Thats the calories you'd need to be bed ridden and maintain your weight, so I understand it. I do wonder how accurate that scale is for that number....
