I had sex during my menstrual period and started bleeding 10 days after I finished my cycle

Can anyone help me please. I started having my menstruation on the 24th of Jan and ended on the 27th. I have been having sex(unprotected) with my boyfriend during that time. And on the 5th of Feb I started bleeding again as if I am having my menstruation. I am 24 years old. Only experiencing abdominal pain(light), breast feels normal and no fever or dizzy.
