I'm 19 years old .. And I'm having problems with weight loss ... In 2012 my weight had touched up to 100kgs ... By 2013 I brought it down to 85 ... And then by end of september 2013 it came down to 79... My weight had then reduced to a 76 by october and then it shooted up in november .. To an 80 like in just a few days ... Ever since my weight keeps fluctuating between 78 to 81 ... According to the doctor I am suppose to be 60 kgs ... I'm having a broad waist nd thighs ... My hands are pretty thin and so is my chest ... Its just these two areas I need to loose on nd I've been trying to loose weight from these areas and I'm not able to ... I have a heating belt which I wear everyday plus I try to be as regular. As I can to walk on the tredmill for 20 mins daily and if I miss out on that I go out and mostly walk around a lot and it compensates for that ...I have a problem in my knees so I cannot jog and I'm extremely weak .... I get blackouts often and I have got myself tested but my reports are normal :/ .. I do take steam bath twice a week because my mom tells that it isn't good to take it often ... I feel really insecure about myself and my body .. I really need help with this .. I don't understand why is it happening my junk intake is almost equal to nothing and I eat pretty less ... I really want to feel confident about myself and my body... And I really want to know a quick way to loose weight ... Please help mee :(

I am concerned about your food intake.  If you are experiencing weakness and blackouts, I am thinking that you are not eating enough.  You will not lose weight if you starve your body.  Your body will try everything to retain its fat reserves if it sense you are not getting enough to eat.  How many calories a day do you think you are consuming?  You should not be eating any less than 1200 calories a day.  Incorporate healthy foods in your diet. Don't expect quick weight loss.  It is not healthy to lose quickly anyway.  If you eat what your body needs, you will feel better and you won't be passing out.  You will be able to exercise much more and benefit from it.  I hope you will consider my advice.

Thankyou for the advice ... I will consider it ... But as far as I feel I am having quite a good amount of food and my calorie intake is 1200 or around that ... And yes I forgot to mention recently I have started getting craving to eat late night around 2 or 3 ...
