I have had all my teeth, my lower left lip is numb tingling pain in jaw pain like an abcess tooth

I have had all my teeth, my lower left lip is numb tingling pain in jaw pain like an abcess tooth , I have check possibilities for bells palsy, ( might be that) Can it be possible to have an abcess 9 months after all teeth were pulled?, any help will be gratefull
