how do yall get the bumps off your face...... :'( :-( !
i m not asn expert. can laser help?
this may be your laundry detergent. I used to get them when I used tide (allergic). most wash machines only have one rinse cycle. try washing with a spit of detergent. your body does not get so dirty that you have to put a third cup or more each time. your clothes and sheets should not smell of detergent fragrances. don't use liquid softner. bleach leaves residue. guarenteed you will clear up. no dry, no itch, no irritation... no bumps!
hi all,
it is in fact a lack of vitamins.. (Vitamin A and B12 to be precise) a womens multi vit should have it sorted in no time!
dry body brushing (also recommended above) it a good way to boost circulation and should help clear them up a bit quicker...AND TRY NOT TO PICK!!

A gluten free diet will get rid of those. I've tested it and it works. It must be a wheat allergy.
I have had theses since my first pregnancy 9 years ago and I believe I recently ound the culprit. I've been experimenting with different diets in an effort to diet. I recently followed he paleo diet which is basically grain-free. Then I just sort of took wheat out bc it's in most of he unhealthy things we eat. I have eliminated wheat about 80-90%. (check out a site called wheat belly). I recently looked at my keritosis and noticed that it's 90% gone. Then I googled this and found lots of information about the elimination of dairy and wheat causes this. I have not eliminated dairy. Take wheat out. Someone said it earlier. Not easy but not too hard either. Think 80/20. Let me know what happens.
I'm wondering if this is eczema or not. I sometimes have bumps on my upper arms, and they pop, and pus like stuff comes out. I'm wondering should I pop them? Is it eczema? And are there any cures?
