I have no Fallopian tubes well one was removed other one burnt and clipped I also had partial hysterectomy can I still have a child

In a partial hysterectomy they normally remove the uterus. You can not carry a child.
You may still be able to donate eggs for IVF.
Check with your gynecologist.
