Hi im 18 year old and I have pimple like thing on my testicles but im sceard to go to a doctor I just thought I can pop them and puss comes out but there's more each day I have big one and I squeez them and they bleed but don't pop wht are they I need to know I hope I don't have anything

yeah im 14 and i read somewhere they are called subacious cysts and are normal for guys . they are caused by alot of testosterone production and are like where hairs may grow or somethin?
I've had this problem for a year or two now and I'm 15. I found that some of them do act like pimples and some don't do anything when I try to pop them. It's really annoying.
