Hi. I’ve searched the net and found this site for which I decided to be the best for posting my question. I’m 21 years old and I have pimple like thing on my testicle. It looks like a whitehead... I’m really scared and I can’t tell this to my parents too… Is this normal? Is there anything I can do to get rid of it? By the way, I've never had sex so you can rule out all sexually transmitted diseases... Please help me..it's also on balls also.

If they are fordyce spots most guys have them on the penis and scrotum.

When would the pimples appear after the intercourse, if I passed a yeast infection onto him? Or could another reason be for him having these red pimples on his testicles?
I have swollen testicles. I have been clamping them in a bench vice to try and shink back to normal but it doesn't seem to work and it is also painful. Any suggestions?
