Yeah. I'm 16 and whilst I was playing the xbox I felt something on my testicle. I looked and it seems to be a zip/spot. I tried to pop it but I'm not now. Obviously because males ball sack is loose skin it hurts when trying to pop because I'm nipping. I'm going to leave it and see in a couple of days. days . looking on what people has said it's nothing to worry about. It just might be one of the processes when hitting puberty. It has a white head. Like I said it's nothing to worry about because it is just under the skin. I'm just going to keep extra clean making sure I wash even more. It just freaked me out at first because iv never had one. It's on my right side of my sack just above the testicle. It just looks look a spot people get on their face but medium size
My boyfriend has a white pimple or something its was way before me I just don't know what it should he go to a doctor to check to see what it is

Actually, I do not have a pimple on my scrtoum but on my right testicle.That means i can't pop it because I'll die from pain and I may bring other disorders.It's not on the scrtoum.It's inside,on my right testicle.Does anyone know what I can do?

This is normal, a majority of guys have them and it's no STD, I have them all over my testicles, and I have since I was 12 or 13 and I'm 27 now....Some are really hard and almost impossible to get without bleeding everywhere and making a huge wound down there, and it's embarrassing I know.... But the easiest way for the pimples that are "gettable" is use a sharp needle, some personal tweezers, and then finish off with rubbing alcohol.... Hope this helps!
