I have polysystic ovaries & really afraid I won't be abl

I just got diagnosed with PCOS Im 24 years old over weight, I have had one child he is now 3 and we are wanting to have another child. My periods are not regular I finally got diagnosed with PCOS and I have a appt at the Fertility Clinic in Feb but im very depressed I may not be able to get pregnant again. Can someone please give me some information?? Im really scared... Thanks
