The outer edge is a bit swollen or it might even be a lump. At first I thought it was dry but now there are like 3 or 4. They are flat too.

They're all different. Some are redder than others, but for the most part they just look like they got stuck to something and it ripped tiny pieces of skin off and then someone sat and picked at it. (Which neither of those happened but idk how to explain them). They aren't oozing or anything. They're super dry and very tender. I have had them for 3 days. Yes I am sexually active.

well they could of been boils that have come to a head and popped or worse case it could be herpes.

Minora. & they're almost gone. I have been cleaning them really good and putting baby powder so that they won't stick to anything. Cause that kept happening and it would re open the sore. They are still kind of there but they don't hurt anymore.
have you googled to see what herpes looks like?
Yes I have
and I'm guessing yours don't look the same as what they show for herpes
