No,soap will cause irritation
Hello, I am13 years old and am scared of fully pulling back my foreskin, (have to be honest) however as I pull it back I can see down below a few white patches. I am scared and worried it might turn intosomethingajorly worse. Please help
Dont use that soap as its causing irritation. Just use water to start with and let it run down the head of ur penis. I find its easier if you pull ur foreskin back during a shower and just wash ur body and leave the head of your penis out.
If its semi transparent you should be okay just rinse it and dont masturbate too often.
where are you from i also have alittle on my penis head could it get away?
I notice a crusty substance in a ring form around my penis it is also a bit red what should I do
I am 14 and the head of my penis was sensitive so I sat on the end of my bed and got a Cotten bud (ear cleaners) I wet the cotton bud and used it to help scrub away the dry smegma and moist smegma it worked well and because it was wet it didn't hurt my penis hope this helps
I also have this problem but I am 17 nearly 18, I've tried creams, showering twice daily, obviously I'm at the age where I am going on dates with girls and because of these problems they turn me away on a chance of sex, i tried forcing my foreskin back and it tore it in multiple places its now very tight around the head of my penis, inflamed (very red and very sore) and itchy and there is a lot of white smelly discharge coming from behind the head of my penis I can't stand up to pee now because it just sprays pee uncontrollably so I have to sit down which is slightly embarrassing and difficult at times can you please help me in any way

If it is hard to retract the skin, which is called phimosis, then a simple surgical operation can take care of it. Trying to stretch the skin by yourself may take weeks and you need to get the skin all the way back so the head is totally exposed in order to clean. If the skin opens easily, the problem will clear up. Personally, I would choose to be circumcised, you still have very good sexual activity but it is always easy to clean up. If not, the skin can be slit so it opens up easily and it will heal quickly. take care so you can enjoy your body fully.
I answered one other man and will suggest the same to you: see a surgeon to get this problem easily taken care of. You need to be able to retract the skin easily, then cleaning is easy. No amount of cleaning will work until the skin is fully back, then you can clean regularly and easily. Masturbation or sex will be so much better when your foreskin moves easily over the head. You need help. You can't do it yourself. Phimosis is quite common but needs to be corrected, not something you put up with. Write again, if you like

I'm 17 and only noticed this a few months back. I CAREFULLY pull my foreskin back day by day and it graduallly got stretched. Then when I got just below my penis gland I noticed that there was very hard and large pieces of smegma underneath my glands and they just came right out. These pieces of smegma were stopping me from pulling my foreskin down. I hope I helped. Never pull you foreskin to far because your frenulum can rip and the nerves in that... well you don't really want to mess with.
