im 6 ft 3 in and im 155 lbs high school football player, i used to get made fun of for not having a lot of muscle so for about 5 months i would be in the weight room everyday trying to get bigger. i would do the high weight low reps for mass type of work outs, but didn't really see results other then getting more toned which i already was. any tips for gaining a lot of mass? such as recommended protein shakes and routines. thanks
