Hi! I have super sensitive skin. All around my butt crack and inner thighs, I have these weird boil/cut things that have pus like SOMETHING coming out of it. Occasionally, there is blood. It HURTS! I have no idea what they are. Even stranger, there is some really dry sections and some that are wet and gross...it looks like I've some kind of accident on my panties...I'm 14...and worried. It's getting difficult to sit down and walk. They KIND OF look like pimples in shape on my skin...but some parts are just very red and flush with the rest of my skin. What are they and what can I do?
Either a condition known as tinea cruris, an allergic reaction to the fabric or washing detergent, or perhaps an asypmtomatic STI/STD. Either way, see a doctor asap for minimizing discomfort and for certainty...I'm a male with similar symptoms and have undergone full STD tests and am going to a doctor with my self-diagnosis of the tinea cruris.

Do you wear tight clothes?
Try wearing looser clothes to the let the skin breathe.
Using something like that gold bond medicated powder to keep the area dry might help.
