I have what looks like blisters all over my head in my hair they are all diffrent sizes and they are really sore i do not no what it is i have stopped useing heat on my hair and i have changed my shampoo but i seem to get more each day do you have any ideas of what it might be?
You can get acne on your scalp. Do these blisters feel like cystic acne? Like bumps deep in the skin that are painful if touched or scratched? If so you should try DHS Shampoo - Pyrithione Zinc (I think it's 12 percent). You have to purchase it at the pharmacy window, but don't need a prescription for it. Costs 10 or 12 dollars. Follow the directions on the bottle. Once you get it under control (if cystic acne of the scalp is the problem) you can just try and use it two or three times a month to keep it in check.
