I am a 12 year old female and i weigh 180 pounds... :( I have been trying to loose wight but nothing is working for me... :( I get fun of at school and i am sick of it. All of my friends are a small and weight either 100 pounds or less and i am the only one that doesn't. I need help SOO bad! I am going into Grade 8 and i want to look beautiful and feel beautiful in my graduation dress. Please help me!!! :(
im 13 years old and u shouldnt care wat people think beauty is on the inside not on the out. just dont listen to them HELL even laugh with them . if u want to lose wieght u need to have a healthy diet i recommend 2-3 servings of fruits veggies and grains a day 2servings of meat not more no less but also drink alot of water im talking drink until u can drink anymore . stay active u dont need to do a million sit ups just run and play dont sit down all day . and most importantly stay away from sugar and fat drink water instead i know its hard but stay strong. also do 20 of each that means do 20 sit up 20 push 20 min hard runs ect but it doesnt have to be all at one time 5 pushups here 5 situps there and do this every day. i hope i helped Stay Strong
