im 15, i weigh 220 , i lost 20 pounds in 3 weeks,
but i need to loose ALOT more, for grade 9 grad.
our grads are REALLY formal.
so i want to look my best. its in 3 months. june 5th
i dont look like im 220, people would never guess, but im chunky,
and it SUCKS. >:(
so ya, i was wondering if anyone could help me with this!
im tired of doing the same thing over and over again,
i want to spice things up.
i just gave up all meats and breads. for about 1 month, then i started eating chicken and fish and bread and left out red meat.
and now im not loosing ANYTHING.
im not gaining either, .. im just. you know. here
im going ot florida in 7 days and i want to get back on track for then. so i wont go all out up there.
