Hi All One thing I noticed is that I did not have as much frequent smegma build up until I had unprotected sex could it be the girls dirty vagina .i have no rash but It's effecting me.. Would the solution for smegma be a Circumcision?

The solution for smegma is better hygiene. 

Wash your penis.
