Everything is fine dude. You're just at the point in puberty where you are starting to make more semen than before. If you never ejaculated yet - you may just be starting to make it at all.
When it comes out are you also having an orgasm - or is this fluid coming out before an orgasm? If you're not having an orgasm the fluid could be pre ejaculatory fluid (pre-cum)...
