well im 182lb and im so angry that i put my body in this state i really want to loose weight so i can wear bikinis and really nice dresses and shorts but im scared of what people think beacause i have so much fat. can anyone help with what i can do? i just cry because my brother calls me fat and that makes me cry like twice a week because it makes me feel even worse about my body

Hi, it’s a good thing that you would like to improve yourself. I mean, many people just don’t care how they look and they do not plan on changing anything. But you, you are in a good position to make better of yourself because you are aware that you need a change and you are willing and motivated to do so.
I would not recommend going on a diet. Diets are bad for you, they will only slow down your metabolism which will make it harder for you to lose weight eventually. What I would recommend is physical activity. Some sort of exercise like running, swimming, fast walking or even some sports like tennis, volleyball or anything else you like. Trust me, this is the fastest and the healthiest way to lose weight.
Practice these activities for like one hour 3 times per week and then later increase it to 5 days or even every day. Just remember that the more you put yourself into it the better results will be. Have in mind that it does take some time to lose weight. So try to motivate yourself and don’t let others get to you. You are above that. Keep up the good work and don’t give up.
