DO YOU GET HEADACHES WITH YOUR TUMOUR?I HAD A MINI STROKE ABOUT 10 YEARS AGO SO I DONT THINK IT WAS THAT, I HAVE ALSO HAD A BAD COUGH WHICH CAN MAKE ME PASS OUT FOR ABOUT 15-20 SECONDS I AM ALSO ON MEDICATION, I HAVE BEEN SMELLING A BURNT SMOKE SMELL FOR ABOUT 6 MONTHS. DO YOU THINK THIS IS THE PROBLEM?
I know how you feel. I am sitting here right now and the smoke smell is so strong that I yelled out who is here? I smell it at work as well. I have a headache, my eyes are burning, I have hypothyroidism, I don't drink soda, and I take Flonase daily and I still have this smell. I am beginning to think I am going crazy.
I think I will make a doctors appt

Does the smell come and go or start/get worse when you are around electronics? I'm thinking it has something to do with the excretion from parasites that we have in our bodies that is causing this in some of us!
I've been smelling smoke for a few months now. Went to Dr had MRI done. Everything was normal except they stated I have something called an "empty cella" ( not sure what that means. But I did notice headaches affiliated with the smoke smell. I started taking a multivitamin again and both started to diminish. But strangely I found that after eating pizza I would smell the smoke again. I did a few test and each time the smoke smell appeared after pizza.
I have been experiencing the smell of cigarettes, burning eyes, and even slight upper respiratory irritation as if I spent hours in a smoke filled room. The first time this ever happened was about 6 months ago and lasted for weeks. It then abruptly stopped for several months and began again a few days ago. After reading all of the posts here, a couple mentioned their biotin supplements being the cause but more specifically “dicalcium phosphate”. And what do you know..... My Ferrets Iron supplements has dicalcium phosphate as the first ingredient and I began taking them the very day the smell began. And it coincides perfectly with when I stopped taking them for several months. People check your vitamins, supplements, etc.
I live with smoke in my house and the people who be smoking that mess. don't even care they
may not help me either.
may not help me either.
I have the same issue with smelling smoke. I've found that it's when I am taking an allergy medicine and usually the nasal spray type of allergy medicine. I'm allergic to dust. So when the heat comes on in the winter, i take my allergy medicines and smell smoke all winter.
I have intermittently smelled smoke for 4 years. After having a crown replaced, the smell dissapeared, and then it came back. I responded to your message because I too have sinus issues, and persistent allergy issues. I'll see an allergist next month and see what he says. Have you any updates on your situation?
This suggestion is amazing.
What tooth brush trick???
I smell cigarette smoke myself. About the ringing in the ears, I think you have GERD which is what I have. I think it’s several things causing the issue for different people but I think for us it’s acid reflux.
I smell smoke or burnt toast periodically. My lungs feel like I've smoked cigarettes but I'm not a smoker. I'm on my computer a lot due to my work. I'm thinking it has something to do with wifi/5G. Maybe we have so much electronic interference in our houses that it's cooking our insides slowly. Just a thought. I do find when I'm not on my computer (like on the weekends) it smell goes away.
Im also having the same problem. Im 15 and just recently I started smelling smoke everywhere. No symptoms, no smokers in the family that I could get 2nd hand smoke from, nothing. Sometimes it goes away, but for the majority of my day I will have it. I feel depressed when I smell it, Im not sure why.
I really want to know whats causing it since it's affecting my mood.

smelling smoke can sometimes be associated with a brain tumor. I would go to the doctor and have an MRI done
Did you ever figure it out. I too have the stinging and burning eyes along with the smell of cigarettes..
