hi, im a 18 year old male. 5'11 205 lbs. and over the last 6 months or so, ive been trying to lose weight as i have gained about 40 pounds in the last year. i stopped eating fat and candy and sodas, and started eating fruits and vegetables mainly and occasionally some chicken. I run at least 1 and a half hours a day, and then i do weight lifting for about 45 minutes. but even with the exercises and diets, it seems that all i do is gain weight. i look like ive put on about 10 pounds of fat....im not sure why? if anyone can help, please let me know!
