This is a problem that my girl friend has, and has ben hiding it for some time now.
This happened to me. I had almost my entire colon removed because it was non-functioning. After surgery, my new connection swelled basically closed and I did vomit stool. It was the most horrible thing I have every experienced...and it happened for days. I ended up having a tube inserted in down my nose, into my stomach, where it pumped things out to elimiate this from happening. I did end up happening a few times with the tube in, but it was a lot less. This was the most horrible experience ever and I wish this on no one. The first time it happened, I didn't know what it was...until they told me...which, almost made it worse. Wish I would have never known. I
It's so scary.Does food habits and genes contribute to causes?
I searched Google and found out some info. But nothing mentioned about genes or food habits.I feel so pity for those who experienced it.I got a shock when I saw the images.I can't imagine how you people who experienced it might have felt. It should have been horrible.
Don't you know it's a horrible experience?It's not yummy.
This is from Sciency.
My issue wasn't anything related to diet, it was just bc I have a completely non-functioning colon...and I got sick after surgery bc of swelling and an obstruction. Absolutely disgusiting when it happened, happended more than once. I never knew this to be possible. The nurses told me this happens more than you would think with gastro patients after surgery.
I have had Crohn's Disease for 23 years. During the first few years of its onset, I dealt with many episodes of knee dropping acute attacks. During one instance, I did in fact vomit feces. It entailed a huge build-up of developing pain and I could literally sense it's movement all the way up the tract. It was awefully scary, but what a relief after it was expelled. True story!
Not you, but someone close to your heart will suffer a horrible experience because of your sarcastic & uncaring attitude!
