No it does not lead to stopping height. But excess of weight training may make your body stiff and and your muscles harder which may affect your height! So its better you do more exercises which include flexibility increases and combine it with cardio. Avoid straining your body with too much weights (or do it under an experts supervision)

I agree with shanaiya - weightlifting exercise do not increase flexibility. So, you should work a bit more on flexiblilty exercises - either yoga and stretchign exercises could help.
