i am 12 and 150 pounds and 5 foot 4 i want to lose weight to help my mom on her deit she is afraid we will get completly over weight because of my 2nd cousin passing in a car accident a last week and i dont want her to be afarid i want to show her we can d it together i already hate life and it doesnt stop with my weight but my weight doesnt help with my life problems i have thought of doing things to myself that can hurt me and i need to lose weight and i go swimming every dayduring the summer and it doesnt help with my crush being there everyday as well and im embaressed of my weight to talk to him in person i want to be able to talk to him again:-@:-|;-|:'(:'(:$:-(
I do agree that there is no magic or short trick for losing weight but for weight lose you have to some workout and swimming is best exercise. You can also include running or cycling. You can use ginger, it can help you to do that. I have read some blogs and come to know that it really works. Consumption of ginger every day can loose weight and help in other problems.
