I weigh 110 pounds i'm 5 feet tall exactly and i'm almost 14. How much should i weigh? i want to be 95 pounds
Here's the thing. WEight is a bad indicator of health. I have seen people look really good at 5 feet and 110 and I've seen people look way too skinny at 5 feet and 110. It depends on how you look. Are you happy with how your body looks, or do you feel like you have a little fat? At your age, that's pretty normal. As you grow up, you should lose some of your baby fat. The best thing that you can do is just get toned. Do you play any sports or are you active at all? How well do you eat? I think it's best for you to concentrate on being healthy, not on being skinny. Does that make sense?

Hi. What you look like is NOT important. How you FEEL is THE most important thing. You can change how you look by first changing how you think about yourself. If you hold your head up high, you will find that it is very easy to achieve your ideal weight, .... whatever that is.
I know lots of people, some famous, but most are just ordinary average Joe Bloggs, or Joanne Bloggs, who have simply changed the way they think, and overnight they have started to change they way they look. Both to others and more importantly, to themselves.
It is a case of using mind over matter. Or even more simply, using the subconscience power of your brain to help yourself, rather than fighting yourself.

Ali has written lots of books about how to train your mind. He used to be a world class athlete/runner, so he knows all about trianing the body as well. If you get hold of some of his stuff it may very well help you.

I have heard a lot about ALi Campbell! Can you tell me a little more about his system? I haven't heard anything about the actual system, just the man himself. Can you let me know?
