Im 13 years old about 4 to 5 feet tall and i weight 190 ounds and i have been exercising but i just dont loose any weight? i just want to stop being made fun of but most of all i want to change the way i look ...most importantly i want to change my life..please give me some tipss i would really apreciated:)
have u told ur parents how u feel? I would recommend going and seeing a nutritionist if u have insurance. though diet and exercising may make u lose weight to remain at a healthy weight it is really a life style change. I have losed 45 pounds in 4 months but I wont tell u it was a walk in the park it was hard at first trying to learn how to eat right drink right and how to work out right. I stoped eating everything with added sugar. I eat lots of protein like fish and chicken. I drink nothing but water and lots of it. If u don't drink a lot of water u will not loss weight. I eat small meals but eat more frequently. I enjoy doing zumba on xbox kinect. I love to dance. but really u need to find out why u gained the weight and whats the healthiest way to loss it. feel free if u have any question to ask me and I will try to help u the best I can. I do really think u should talk to ur parents they might be able to help u hunny. r u parents over weight to
Talk to your parents about it, let then know how you feel if you already haven't. You're really not that much over weight for your height and seeing that you're 13, you shouldn't put that much pressure on yourself to lose weight, and don't over do it. Love yourself through everything and don't let other people make you feel any diff.
I think u might want ro look up the body mass index chart for what a health weight is for a persons height and age. because for a adult 5 foot and 190 pound is almost in the morbidity obese. for a child it is concerned morbidity obese. telling someone that they r only alittle over weight gives them a false since of awareness. it actually adds to the problem
